Course Director: Mark Johnson Mark is the former Head of Fraud Control at Cable & Wireless, where he designed one of the first automated fraud detection and management systems in the world and ran fraud system development programmes for Ericsson, Nortel and Alcatel. Mark has been engaged in ICT security and crime control projects on every continent, some lasting several years. He is a regular chair and speaker at key industry events on data analytics for crime intelligence and emerging cyber crime risks.
