No, unless otherwise stipulated on the website or course brochure. It is the delegate''s responsibility to arrange their own accommodation.

All training course venues are confirmed approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the course start to ensure the most appropriate room for the size of the class is selected.

When will I receive my course/conference information pack? [Back to the top]
Course/Conference information packs including the details of the venue and course timings will be sent 3-4 weeks prior to an event.
How do I get to a particular venue? [Back to the top]
All venue directions including a map will be sent to you with your joining instructions 3-4 weeks prior to an event.
What are the course timings? [Back to the top]
Our training events commence at 9:30 on the first day, with registration from 9:00. On all other days they start at 9:00. Breaks are mid-morning, lunchtime and mid-afternoon and tend to be at the discretion of the trainer. Courses are scheduled to finish at 17:00, but may finish slightly earlier on the last day. This is dependant on the size of the group, the speed at which work is completed and whether there are any travel issues for delegates.

When will I receive confirmation of my registration? [Back to the top]
We will always aim to confirm your registration within 48 hours.
What is the cancellation policy/terms and conditions? [Back to the top]
Cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) and reach this office 30 days before the course commencement date. A full refund less a £100 administration fee will be given. Delegates who cancel less than 30 days before the course commencement date, or who do not attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds will granted. If you wish to transfer to a different course within a 6 month period you will be invoiced a 25% additional charge to transfer your registration and any difference in course price. You will not incur any additional charges if you wish to send a replacement delegate to the initial course you registered for and your registration meets the above terms.
Flights and hotel accommodation should only be purchased when our logistics team contact you to confirm the course venue. The attendee is solely responsible for their flight and accommodation arrangements and costs. In the unlikely event Euromoney Training should have to cancel an event it will not be responsible for any costs incurred by attendees. Euromoney therefore recommends that clients purchase fully refundable air tickets and accommodation.
Will I earn CPE points when attending MIS Training events? [Back to the top]
All participants are eligible to receive CPE Credits to fulfil professional accreditation requirements.
MIS Training Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. There are multiple forms ways to make payment:
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Debit/credit card payment
Cheques should be made payable to EUROMONEY TRAINING and mailed, with the remittance advice below, to:

Direct bank transfer payments can be made by quoting an invoice and account number. Please email email@example.com for our bank account details. [For all non-GBP payments, please use the relevant FT exchange rate]
Debit/credit card payments can be made online or by calling MIS directly on +44 (0) 207 779 8944. Please ensure you do not email or fax your credt card informaiton.
Please note that this transaction will appear on your card statement as "Euromoney online transaction London". MIS Training is a subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor.
What happens if my payment isnít received prior to a training event? [Back to the top]
Payment is required prior to commencing the course. However, on occasion allowances may be made. If payment is not received within 3 months of the training event our credit control department will pursue legal action.
What information is required for a VISA letter? [Back to the top]
VISA letters will only be granted when full payment has been made. Anyone suspected of applying for a training course simply to gain a VISA letter will be reported to their embassy.
Should you require a VISA letter, a VISA invitation letter will be provided from MIS training. This states that a delegate is registered to attend a training course. VISA invitation letters will be provided on confirmation of course payment. MIS training has no influence over any embassy and whether a VISA will be granted. Delegates are solely responsible for obtaining a VISA and failure to do so will not make the participant exempt from the cancellation policy.
The following information is required for us to process a visa letter:
- Your full name as it appears on your passport
- Your date of birth
- Your passport number
- Your passport issue date
- Your passport expiry date

No, unfortunately this facility is not currently available online. This functionality is currently being developed. For discounted registrations please email directly to email@example.com.
Can I claim back UK VAT? [Back to the top]
Yes, overseas business visitors can claim a VAT refund under the European Union (EU) 8th and 13th Directives on all eligible business expenses such as hotel accommodation, training courses, meals, car hire, exhibition costs etc., provided you are not registered for VAT in the UK.
